Upcoming Shooter & # 39; Void Bastards & # 39; combines FPS and a strategic game in a comic book of aesthetics

The Microsoft X018 event was busy last weekend. Organized in Mexico City, the event was a celebration of all the Xbox stuff and threw lots of interesting news to put it along with it. One of these exciting tidbits comes in the form of a brand new game revealing the Void Bastards. As the title suggests, this game is about it. We announced in the middle of the event that Void Bastards is brought to us by developer Blue Manchu, a studio known for the latest card game card: Card Hunter. Co-founder of Irrational Games, Jonathan Chey (Director of Shock 2 and Bioshock), Blue Manchu assures that Void Bastards is not your typical shooter. Rather it is the term "strategic shooter". Everything is backed up by a great action trailer and an overflow of content that shows exactly what we can expect.

In Void Bastards you play as casual "unhealthy" prisoners who are hijacking spaceships to collect their prey and supplies. There are a ton of different prison characters from which you can choose, and each one has its own strengths, weaknesses and tricks. It will not be just one of them, what you choose; rather you will control one and give orders to everyone else. Assigning certain tasks on board each spacecraft will make or break the experience there, depending on whether you have done the right job. If you are not strategically planning your robbery, you will play it from the perspective of the first person shooter. The whole game is flooded in the all-shaded, poppy-style comic book, which really gives a frenetic experience in a more satisfying shot.

If your prison friends are killed during a mission, you can choose from "infinite offer" more. The loot that you collect onboard ships is not just for the show. Once you return to the base, you will be able to use what you have found for new updates, new weapons, and more, and make sure that other missions are going smoothly (hopefully). According to the Blue Manch campaign, the game campaign can take anywhere between 12 and 15 hours, which is a decent size for a strict FPS of its kind. The main key point of the game will be the weighing of possibilities. As you warn the trailer, you'll want to be careful not to be too greedy when you cut the boats. Excessive it can result in unfortunate consequences, which means that your prisoner will be killed on others to take the place. Overall, the experience looks like the best of both FPS and Strategy genres.

So when can we get our hands on the game? Void Bastards is currently set up only for the release of version 2019, but when the time comes, it runs for both Windows PC and Xbox One. There was no word on other console versions, which means the game will be solid to the Xbox One community. Best of all, Blue Manchu plans to start the same day for the Xbox Game Pass, so those who have subscribed to this service can play the game right from day one. As for PC players, you can buy and download the game either through Humble Bundle or Steam. Fortunately, it has pages on both sides, so you should go see if you want to play the game even more. Uncover the trailer down also does a good job of doing so do not forget to watch it. With the empty bastards she announced, the complete catalog of 2019 is continuing to grow and stretches in the distance.
