China released a panoramic photograph of the hidden face of the Moon

According to Li Chunlai, Supreme Commander of the Field Application System, "you can see that the probe is surrounded by a number of small craters."

China's National Space Administration (CNSA) released a 360-degree photograph of Chang & # 39; e-4 on Friday. The panorama shows the gray lunar surface, part of the robot and the marks left by his wheels.

Remote control of the Yutu-2 ("Jade Rabbit 2") is on the lunar surface for analysis. However, the CNSA warned that a robot landed on January 3 would have to move in a very rough terrain.

According to Li Chunlai, Supreme Commander of the Field Application System, "you can see that the probe is surrounded by a number of small craters."

Li also said craters located near the robot – one of which is 20 meters wide and four meters deep – will challenge the engineers responsible for preparing their route.

CNSA described the first part of the mission as "complete success" after the probe, and the robot sent two photographs via the Queqiao satellite, which was in charge of transmitting information to the Earth.
