The 29-year-old Queensland northerner, who used social media to babble numerous children under the age of 16 – and in some cases met and sodomized them – was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison.
Wees Nawia, in the district court in Cairns, has committed more than 50 allegations, including sodomy, physical knowledge, and electronic communication to get a child.
The court heard that two fathers used seven different Facebook accounts to talk to 27 children aged 11-16.
He has heard that Nawia is known to represent different people who can attract both boys and girls, often pretending to have a relationship with their victims.
"You have tried their vulnerability and eventually succeeded in your efforts," Judge Dean Morzone said in a verdict on Tuesday.
"You are the worst nightmare of all parents and every child in that sense."
The court heard that Nawia was trying to persuade the victim to send him sexually explicit photographs and videos, using comments like "age is just a number".
Nawia knew she was using sexually explicit language and photographs when she talked to her victims, and on some occasions she offered money to have sex with them.
The court heard that he had often been angry and abused when he was rejected.
Judge Morzone said that Nawia met several victims and physically abused.
The court heard that he sodomized the 13-year-old boy three times – on one occasion at a favorite swimming place in Cairns.
He was arrested in December 2015 after a lengthy police investigation, during which "executed Facebook and Google warrants".
Nawia was sentenced to 10 and a half years in prison, without a deadline.
