In 2001 he was CEO of Helmut Wieser (65). This was announced after yesterday's meeting of the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board extended the contract of the chief technical officer of Helmut Kaufmann (55) until 31.12.2022. Mayer, who has been Chief Financial Officer since 2007, assumes this position in addition to his Managing Director until the appointment of Chief Financial Officer.
The Supervisory Board also decided to immediately begin the search process to fill the sales management board in order to best support the growth cycle it chose, according to a press release. Thus, the company increases the top management level of the previous three to four people.
