German software maker SAP buys US $ 8 billion for Qualtrics. The committees of both companies and shareholders of Qualtrics have already approved the project, the Walldorf Company said on Wednesday. The conclusion of the purchase is expected in the first half of 2019.

Qualtrics is one of the pioneers in the world of Business Management Experience (XM) software that enables businesses to thrive in the ever-diving business world. Qualtrics expects to sell more than $ 400 million in 2018 and future growth rates over 40 percent, with the exception of potential synergies from the SAP association.

SAP acquires all Qualtrics shares for $ 8 billion in cash. SAP has received seven billion euros of funding to cover the purchase and acquisition-related costs.
