Bangladesh – A small country on the world map. Each one loves a dream and a dream. Use of very large technology in the country – whether it is a small mobile use or not. Though the software industry is not too old in Bangladesh, a number of obstacles have grown over the past 20 years. If you overcome barriers, clothes in the software industry or abroad will have a large revenue stream like human resources. The main purpose of my work is to identify barriers in the local software industry – to take steps to solve problems.

1. Barriers for software companies
Not properly invested: There is not enough investment in software products or platforms in our country. The main reason may be:
> We do not have enough information about the market.
> Lack of qualified and high-quality business professionals.
> For various reasons, missing software companies of large companies
> Most beginner engineers begin who are inefficient in managing investment.
> Lack of bank finance.
> Software integration.

Lack of Qualified and Quality Employees: Choosing carriers and creating IT engineers are becoming inaccurate. Most students of computer science and engineering want to become software engineers. Lack of knowledge on how to prepare for many types of engineering contributions read this topic. As a result, students say they are not getting a job. On the other hand, software companies are unable to find suitable staff for them.

Despite having enough IT companies, there is very little in the absence of foundations because of the lack of training of software companies. In addition, due to the lack of sufficient seniority in the software industry, new experts are afraid they will be choosing a career.

Developing unplanned software or IT companies: Unplanned software companies are running continuously, where no software company will start without specific plans in developed countries. These unplanned software companies are trying to sell all types of products and services that lead to uncontrolled market competition, valuables and customer confidence at the end of the day. If we can not get this excitement, the software market will be further damaged.

Software is an enterprise that can not be done with a short-term plan. Of course, long-term planning is important. In the absence of this we can see – the company moves quickly from one type of service to another service, which means that the first business plan of services was not long-term. Being a business supplier requires patience and solid morals. Today, 40-45 years of observation in industry; Reading their history, it is evident that with their skills, mental strength and patience reached them today.

Software can not be service-oriented: Most software companies in the country offer software for many customers in the first few years. But after one or more years, customers will not be able to provide service support. Most software architectures and enterprise infrastructure are unable to offer customer support later, software is depleted at the end of the day. As a result, customers lose confidence in the software company. Software companies blame the customer on the other side. Above all, due to barriers to the computer market, there are many main reasons why services are not oriented. Product development and marketing should consider a minimum service of 20 years.

Techno-commercial partnership is not produced by software companies: Most old software companies in our country are people in a business environment. Techno-commercial partnerships should take place in technology companies of new companies, but in software companies. In order to develop products, marketing, legislation, risks and agreements,

Compatibility products and market analysis: Local software companies began to produce and distribute products without local and international computational analysis. Then the competition in the market can not survive. We should keep in mind – big business companies such as Microsoft, Google, Oracle and cutting-edge computing software. So the software market should not come into business without natural and computational analysis.

Insufficient certification: Because of poor quality, security, and certification of local software companies' processes, loyalty is lost and client confidence has become a daily concern.

2. Barriers for the client
Sufficient knowledge about software purchases: Except for a few of our home client companies, others can not show what skills they have to buy software and IT services. The lack of consciousness and skills they buy will not last long. The checklist is completely different when it comes to purchasing software, intellectual property and information technology, but without much knowledge there is a lot of controversy with software vendors in many cases – which at one point disturbs the relationship, so the client is at risk of data.

Non-standard business processes: Small or medium-sized businesses are working in non-standard business processes, but when they come to the software they have to face many complications when they come to the standard format. For this reason, many clients do not buy standard software and their own software is created by any team or firm. In most cases, updating and maintenance of this user software is very difficult and costly.

Lack of knowledge about IT in a client company: Companies find that their professionals are very scared to take the software. They think their IT department will be able to weaken their positions (many of them use it). But it is not a mistake to understand IT alone – because of the software system it will not change the position or responsibility of anyone but will be very useful in fulfilling the duties.

3. Difference in education and software industry
Computer sciences or engineering, such as MBBS, do not receive instructions that will work in a specialization with the field of study. Educational institutions should help in building skills for their meritorious positions.

Many training on the market takes place privately by government Most software does not play any role in the industry. The main reason is – The curriculum that is created without the knowledge of software company requirements. Some other obstacles are due only to a lack of practical education.

4. Barriers to trade
> None of the business cycles that works in Bangladesh's IT area usually do not work with software. However, when developing the event, market development, awareness raising and policy work are very low and slower.
> Software and software companies are not classified at governmental or private level. As a result, the government or large company threatens to buy an electronic management system from a telephone service company.
> Most business institutions do not think they are working on the gap between Internet, e-commerce and software companies.

5. State Barriers
> The government is trying to petrify domestic companies. However, the classification is very weak and there is nothing more than to decide on the advice of many business entities.

> Local companies have very little publicity in government buying and government software is not clear at high level. As a result, software that should be purchased from local software also comes from other countries. We also see that we do not have good diplomatic or commercial relations in the country; It was also purchased from these countries. Because of these facts, there are operational cases in foreign countries we are not – due to inexperience or negligence. In the near future, our state-of-the-art data security is probably impossible for these reasons.
> The rules and regulations to be taken into account when purchasing, updating, updating, and securing data are not valid in this case. As a result, a number of government systems are gradually becoming ineffective. If these points are systematized, it becomes difficult to protect state data.

6. Barriers of professionals
Foreign Focus: In Bangladesh, a good specialist is a college education abroad and later a permanent residence. The big reason for infrastructure or state security, which I did not think. If the country becomes a bit illiterate, then the country goes on. However, the government should also consider how to create equivalent home-based jobs after completing higher education.

Not focus on a career: in terms of learning and skills, there is less software industry for the carrier. Many people do not know when they came to the job interview, what are the interviews for Job. In addition, freelancing, creating a start-up, work, and does not create a good position in any of the above.

Technology is less: Knowledge of technology coming from any subject, its experts still misunderstood.

Finally, software business is one of the toughest businesses. But for those whose plans, investments, architecture are much easier for them in the phase. To overcome these barriers in maintaining and developing the software industry, all kinds of assistance are needed.
