Judge Jaime Travassos Sarinho of the 15th federal court in Brazil ordered the removal of an electronic poll from former deputy Rodrigo Rocha Loures (MDB-PR), known as President of Michel Temer.
Rocha Loures has been prevented from leaving the country for a year and four months and has forbidden contacting an investigated, indicted or witness who was investigating the delineation of J & F
The Federal Judge, in his decision, stressed that Rocha Loures had already been questioned and cooperated with the investigation. "The conclusion of the oral examination, the behavior of the accused during the evidential procedure (the evidence gathering phase), the absence of reports of possible inconsistencies, the time limitation of rights indicated the need to correct the preventive measures introduced," the judge said.
In addition to removing the electronic circuit, the judge also allowed Rocha Loures to travel between the Paraná district and the State of Sao Paulo, regardless of the court's authorization.
Even if he leaves Brazil, the former deputy will have to be notified to the Court of Justice in the home collection (from 20:00 to 18:00) at addresses in Paraná and Sao Paulo.
