Seven days later, the state recorded 25,000 new probable cases of disease. There were 140,754 entries in last week's bulletin. On Monday, 165,853 suspicious records were submitted. According to SES, 577 Minas towns have registered at least one case of illness.
One hundred twenty-three municipalities have a very high incidence of dengue. Among these cities is Belo Horizonte. Mining capital is presented in a bulletin with more than 17,000 probable cases of disease. Other municipalities with a very high incidence are Contagem, with 7,304 suspects and Beti, with another 5,167.
According to the secretary, the village that recorded the most deaths was Uberlândia, in Triângulo Mineiro, with eight confirmations. Betim with seven deaths appears in second place. Other records appeared in Unai, with two deaths and one death in Arcos, Frutal, Ibirite, and Paracat.
Zika virus and Chikungunya fever
