Businessman Jimmy Cygler, partner and president of Proxismed, started in 1998 in the field of medical call centers. His company has around 250 professionals who follow patients.

With the use of artificial intelligence and automated services, Cygler's Proxismed has the ability to connect with 10 million customers.

"With the explosion of digital and remote channels and the explosion of electronic devices and the arrival of 5G we were able to secure a real-time mobile phone support on the Amazon River," he says.

The CEO emphasizes the high level of specialization demanded by those working in the segment, which is, in his opinion, more stable than the economic average and less depending on fluctuations in demand in times of crisis.

"We are from a commodity to an increasingly closed business focusing on specialization and customer relationships and we are increasingly taking care of their health," says Cygler.
