District Court Svishtov condemned the owners of two dogs who two years ago attacked and torn the 80-year-old Gina Boyarova in the village Kozlovets in Svishtov.
The court acknowledged that the defendants P. Kenarov and V. Kenarov were guilty of being guilty of 19 January 2017 for not being interested in their two dogs, a male dog, a red color, a cross between Pitbull and a local big dog and a dog, black color, unspecified breed.
Kenarov's neighbor, Gina Boyar, was attacked and bitten by the animals, leaving home at dusk. The woman died of a severe hemorrhagic shock caused by a large loss of blood due to rupture of the right carotid and vein, along with a disturbance of other blood vessels on the head, body and limbs with missing soft tissues.
Kenarov was sentenced to one year's "imprisonment" with a three-year trial period of three years and a fine of £ 800. The court acknowledged them innocent by committing co-ownership as co-owners.
The judges also decided that a black dog of an unspecified breed would be killed.
The judgment is appealed to the Veliko Tarnovo District Court.
