One of the main intersections in Clarenville should be closed for most Thursday afternoon after "serious collision with motor vehicles," says the Royal Canadian Assembled Police.
Memorial Drive and Manitoba Drive intersection were switched off after 12 hours. Pictures from the scene show two heavily damaged cars, one of which is covered with a tarpaulin.
It is unclear how many people have been involved in the crash and what is their condition.
