This Super Smash Bros. Ultimate opening combines with Melee's charm for updated nostalgia that's better than the real thing



In the video game world, it's hard to find an opening cinema that is as iconic as Super Smash Bros. Melee, thanks to her masterful blending of various themes and series into one continuous and humourous introduction.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate opening by comparison is considered as a bit overwhelming compared to other gaming offers and overall packaging as it largely repeats scenes from the World of Light opening blended with cute scripting fast game clips.

The artist and creator of the Shadels has recently set out to join two intros together with Ultimate's music and Melee themes to create their own "secret opening" for Smash fans and the finished product will definitely succeed at its goal.

Shadels's new Melee opening for Smash Ultimate uses many of the same clips as the official film, though he reorganizes the parts to match Melee's theme along with various pieces of announcement notification flags and the ad to merge everything together.

Those who are familiar with Mele's opening will find many tones that have been transferred from Bowser to Donkey Kong – now with Diddy and King K. Roel – to Samus and Ridley for some updated nostalgia, followed by some newly created add-ons as a portrait Linka, Breathing Wild Scenes Instead of Ocarina Time In The Original.
