My respect for the Federation Council and its fans forced me to resign

Helmut Toulan, director of Al-Ittihad Club's first soccer team, said his respect for the board and fans led him to resign after the team lost on Sunday night at the Alexandria Stadium in front of the Stars Club at the Premier League week 14.

"I would like to continue this popular club, which is very popular, and I spent 45 days inside the club, which I consider to be one of the most beautiful days in my life," said Toulan and commented on his decision to step down.
"With the players, I have made a lot of effort to develop my physical performance, but the players did not help me achieve positive results because of the mistakes that caused the loss of the game."
"We came to Alexandria and we know the size and size of the team and its fans, but we relied on the psychological factor of the players and removed the pressure on them before the meeting," said Ahmed Samy, Al-Nujoom's star manager.
