In Evelpidon, today's battle between the Taxibeate and its founder is the most important Nikos Drandakis, and the chairman of the Federation of Professional Owners of Taxi Owners Thymios Lyberopoulos.
In front of a court of first instance in Athens, a lawsuit filed by Liberopoulos, seeking compensation of € 260,000 for personal injury in the presence of dozens of taxi drivers and a witness – on the side of the Limbropoulos – Transport Minister Christos Spiritsis.
Lyberopoulos' comments, which Taxibeat describes as false and insulting, have been jeopardized by the fact that they endanger its existence, including those that have been tax evasion and illegal traffic since 2011, keep coastal islands where their revenue ends.
The Minister himself merely stated that, before the adoption of Law 4530/2018, "there was a violation of law, unlawfulness and breach of law, because in some professions we were circumventing the honor", emphasizing that there were anonymous references to the ministry at that time the company paid (the drivers received money from abroad). But he added that he was unaware of any organ checks.
As regards the statement made by Lyberopoulos, the minister believed that this undertaking sought to protect the sector in the institutional framework – as required by its "duty".
It should be noted that Mr Spirtzis, in his statement, expressed his conviction that trade unions should not be dealt with in the courts.
"Incorrect" reports were reported by Taxibeat's Chief Financial Officer and assured the court that the company regularly controls tax authorities while not paying income tax because it is inadequate.
"Our press reports hit us and we were forced to cross," he said. "In the last quarter of the year, seasonal growth is the best quarter, with a 40% increase." False publications and public speech, Thymios Lyberopoulos, intensified in September 2017, have had an unpredictable rise, with other actions such as recruitment management and advertising worth € 270,000. "
Personally, for Thymios Lyberopoulos she herself honored: "It follows the anachronistic standards, it does not include the innovation we bring, it does not recognize it, it wants to leave the industry as it was 20 years ago."
In the courts they came to support Thymios Lyberopoulos and photographed with him, members of SYRIZANEL, Thanasis Papachristopoulos and o Tryfon Alexiadis, while the Secretary of the Ministry of Transport witnessed the defense Athanasios Vourdas.
