Victoria Beckham said she had "learned so much during the past 10 years" because she was awarded for her E-fashion career! People's Choice.
The popstar designer was handed over to a fashion icon gong at a ceremony Sunday in Los Angeles where Nicki Minaj and Rita Ora met with a show.
Beckham, 44, celebrates his eponymous fashion brand for ten years, and reveals that one of the secrets of her success is surrounded by strong women.
She said: "I've learned so much during the last ten years, I've been surrounded by the very strong women I've learned, a hard job.
"It's really focused, head down and I hope that if I can do it, it's proof that someone can do it."
"I'm really working hard, I hope other people can look at what I've done and have the courage to try."
Beckham chose not to join Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton for the former Spice Girls, which was announced this month.
But she says her fashion brand was inspired by her time in the best-selling girl group.
She said, "It's always about empowering women, which makes women feel the best, most beautiful and powerful version of themselves.
"With Spice Girls it started as a girl's power, and now it's about empowering women through fashion."
Beckham added, "I feel so honest that I received the first prize for a fashion icon at the E! People's Choice, this year celebrating my 10-year mark and it's a great way to appreciate this decade."

Also honored at the People's Choice Awards, which was held for the first time in November for their usual slot at the beginning of the year, was Walking Dead and Avengers: Infinity War star Danai Gurira.
She took home the prize for an action movie star. She said, "For people, thank you for confirming that women and girls, when they have the chance to hang up with the boys, can hang with the best of them."
American actress Melissa McCarthy won the People's Icon from 2018, while Bryan Stevenson won the People's Champion Prize.
