Leader of the Lebanese Forces party, Samir Geage, has confirmed that "two forces have postponed the formation of the government by making unfair demands on President Michel Aoun and the candidate for Prime Minister Saad Hariri."
"Some people still try to rob Hariri," Geagea told a press conference after a meeting of a "strong block of the Republic". He urged people of goodwill to build a state to help overcome obstacles.
"We have decided to accept an exchange of the Ministry of Culture portfolio as a portfolio of administrative development and this swap is conditional if it leads to the immediate creation of the government," he said.
Geagea stressed that "two main reasons have been added for our bloc to accept this transition, namely the preparation of the e-government at which the Lebanese forces work at their meetings and through draft laws at the Ministry for Administrative Development." Another reason is that Lebanon's future is part of eGovernment ".
