In this sense, the expert said that the entities that contribute to the increase in cases in the country are Mexico City, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Guanajuato, Sonora and Baja California.

On the other hand, according to the technical document Mexico City, the state of Mexico and Guanajuato are the subjects with the highest number of active cases, followed by Nuevo León, followed by Querétaro, Jalisco, Durango, Coahuila, Zacatecas and Sonora, as well as the subjects with more than 1,000 active cases.

On the other hand Chiapas and Campeche reported the lowest number of active infections, having 74 and 56, respectively.

It should be noted that this week Baja California and Zacatecas returned to the red, while 24 entities remain orange; Oaxaca, Colima and Tlaxcala are yellow; and only Campeche and Chiapas keep the risk of green to a minimum.

Regarding deaths, Alomía pointed out that there was a slight increase in week 47 compared to 46 2%, while compared to the 28th week, in which a decrease of 41% was recorded 5,338 deaths from SARS-CoV-2.

Regarding hospital occupancy, Alomía Zegarra also said that eight states did more than 50% of your hospital occupancy, with the most alarming numbers in Durango and Mexico City.
