(WNCT) – Stan Lee, creator behind many characters Marvel Comics, died at the age of 95.
According to TMZ, as well as The Hollywood Reporter, Lee was transported from the Hollywood Hills home on Monday morning and was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Lee began in Marvel Comics (then known as Timely Comics) in 1939 as an assistant.
Later in the 1960s he made together with Jack Kirby The Fantastic Four as well as Spider Man, Black Panther, X-Men, The Incredible Hulk and many others.
