What is first level warning?
By definition, IMGW predicts conditions leading to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that can cause material damage and endanger health and life. Managing activities under conditions of exposure to these factors is difficult and dangerous. Expect problems arising from threats, including delays caused by traffic obstacles, disturbances during outdoor events or the possibility of canceling them. Careful caution, the need to watch reports and weather conditions.
What is Third Level Hydrological Warning?
According to IMGW, the third stage hydrological warning means that the water status (observed or predicted) is arranged in the zone above the alarm state.
What is the second level hydrological warning?
A second-level hydrological warning means that the water level is located in the zone above the warning states – but under alarm conditions.
