Prosecutor General and Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro today reported in the Sejm section of the trial, Stefan W., who further clarifies some of the information. In the beginning, the minister says he will read this information from the page, so there were many expert phrases in his speech.
While for some time the minister pretended to be talking about Stephen W., at some point unfortunately he would give the full name of the suspect murderer Adam Adamowicz. Since the transmission from the Sejm was alive, both on parliamentary parties and on TVP Info or TVN24, it was not time to use personal data.
This may be the basis for Stephan W., who sues the Minister of Justice for ordering the anonymization of the suspect's name. Until now, the position of the Public Prosecutor's Office, which could decide to publish personal data about Štef W. and Ziobro alone – except for one case – the time when the suspicious name was assigned to one letter, has not been taken.
This is a bit similar to the situation two years ago when TVP Info resubmitted the Ewa Tylman death trial. Then, despite repeated transmissions, when names and other sensitive data were exchanged, they were not worshiped.
