On the occasion of the world premiere, Mitsubishi Motors Managing Director Osamu Masuko said: "The new Mitsubishi L200 is one of Mitsubishi Motors' most important global strategic models, and its success is crucial for sustainable growth in the company, delivering sustainability, reliability and comfort for 40 years. introducing this model to the Mitsubishi range, and I believe the new L200 will meet the needs and wishes of renowned customers all over the world. "

The new L200 was developed to include the expression (engineering outside robustee), which meant its development. The elements that make it much more competitive include: a stronger style including the latest interpretation of the Dynamic Shield front design concept; a better 4WD system that delivers better off-road performance and the latest Active Assist and Supply Assistance technology. Overall, the new model delivers a significant improvement in durability and reliability required by commercial users and user-friendly comfort.

Designed by atrgtor "Engineering for Thick"
The new L200 features a revitalized design within the "Rock Solid" concept, which includes both the inside and the outside of the whole development of "Engineering for the Thick" – robust, fully supported by engineering and know-how.

Front view
On the front is the new design concept "Dynamic Shield". A highly profiled hood and more robust looking lanes give the new model a stronger and more impressive front.

Side and rear view
New carved lines, unlike sharp, widened wheels and clear accents, contain the power of Mitsubishi Motors and deliver modernity. Lighting and bumper parts become part of a robust design stretching out front and rear and adding visual depth.

The restored interior of the L200 expresses a modern and robust feel with contours for the control panel and ventilation holes. The high quality picture is made of soft materials and wall brackets, armrests and parking brakes.

2. The 4WD system provides off-road performance
The new L200 4WD models have either 4WD Super-Select, which provides optimal drag and handling with any surface or Easy-Select 4WD, making it easy to move from one mode to another for different field surfaces. With the addition of new driving modes, both 4WD systems deliver better off-road performance.

A new field trip
The 4WD: Super-Select and Easy-Select systems use a new off-road mode with the following settings: GRAVEL, MUD / SNOW, SAND and ROCK (4LLc only). Off-road mode is fully controlled by engine power, gearbox and control setting wheel slip and maximizing field and self-extracting power from mud or snow.

Hill Descent Control
Vehicle speed is electronically controlled so that the driver can better respond to steep or slippery movements with greater certainty.

3. Active safety / driver assistance systems
The new L200 delivers top-of-the-line durability, high frame reliability and a cab-resistant design, while delivering top-class systems for active safety and driver assistance.

Systems that ensure safety and always help the driver are:
Reducing forward clutter (FCM) that can detect vehicles and pedestrians in the front;

Blind Spot Warning (BSW), which helps to avoid side impact of another vehicle when changing belts by detecting the rear or rear of the vehicle and audible and visual driver alerts;

o Rear warning signal (RCTA), which also helps prevent collisions when entering barracks;

(UMS) that reduces the number of accidents caused by improper use of the accelerator pedal when leaving the parking area or returning to a parking space and other enclosed spaces.

Help the driver with the Multi Around monitor, which generates the composite image (top) of the area around the vehicle and with parking sensors.

4. Performance and functionality of cars
The new L200 includes many detail-driven concepts in order to increase durability and reliability in commercial use, as well as privacy in private use. Driving performance is also enhanced by the use of larger front discs and stirrups.

Cltoria is enhanced by the use of larger rear shock absorbers that increase comfort. Creating the number of gears available in automatic gearboxes will allow a new 6-speed A / T gear compared to the current five-speed A / T gear to enable smoother and more efficient acceleration while providing more refinement.

Run plans

After the launch of Thailand's launch this year, the new L200 will be launched gradually on markets in ASEAN, Oceania, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Latin America and will eventually be sold to around 150 countries. In Europe, the new L200 will be available from autumn 2019.
