ASHGABAT, November 10. / Tass /. World heavyweight champion in the heavyweight category Russian woman Tatyana Kashirina gave her all the power to take first place in the main beginning of the year. He told journalists about this Kashirina.
Kashirina won the gold medal at the World Weightlifting Championship in a weight category of over 87 kg. In an attempt to lift a rod weighing 145kg, compressed – 185kg, in the amount of exercise a Russian woman showed a result of 330kg.
"In this tournament, I did everything in my power," Kashirin admitted. "And when my rival from China tried to raise 188 kg in a decisive attempt, I told my coach (Vladimir Krasnov – TASS note) that if I get silver, I'm not upset."
"After the last winning World Championship I still kept in good shape, but with such big weights (140 kg – jerk, 178 kg – push) did not start the fight long and therefore was excited, in the last two years I participated in competitions," – said the athlete.
The Kashmir medal was the second for the Russian team at the current tournament. Earlier, Artem Okulov became world champion in a weight category of 89 kg. 27-year-old Kashirina became the world champion for the first time in her career (2010, 2013-2015, 2018). She is also the silver medalist of the London Olympics.
