The Housing Ministry has signed five contracts with four real estate developers that have established more than 19,000 residential units in Riyadh, Jeddah, Buraidah and Al Khobar for Recipients of the Residential Program. From the program on Thursday.

Contracts were signed by Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hawqail, General Manager of National Housing Company Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati and many officials of the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund. The number of dwelling units in the first project (Murooj Jeddah), which holds 10,000 units of ownership in the private sector, while the second project (Tnal), which is held on the land in Riyadh, is owned by the private sector at 1008 dwelling units. takes place on a plot of land in the town of Al Khobar, owned by the private sector, at 273 residential units, while the fourth project (Qassim fruit set), which is carried out on the property in the town of Buraidah owned by the private sector on 78 housing units and the fifth (Pearl of Abuher) on the number of 8000 units that brought the total units of housing to 19359 units (Villas and City Buildings) under construction «Sales on the Map».
The Ministry of Housing stressed its emphasis on fruitful cooperation with developers who are qualified to contribute to the use of more housing units and to support the housing market offering, thus ensuring the competitiveness of companies in gaining citizens' satisfaction and meeting their desire to meet the local market.
The Ministry explains that the property developers who have signed them contribute to the provision of a suitable housing environment at the price and specification level by the Ministry, serving all the guarantees to the beneficiaries if these projects are implemented and delivered to the beneficiaries within a maximum period of three years the signing of contracts between developers and beneficiaries, emphasizing that these residential projects integrated services and public facilities, making it a model of residential complexes, including sites dedicated to mosques, parks and green areas, and places devoted to government agencies.
