Nexans Morocco, a subsidiary of the French group Nexans, which was inaugurated in November Ivory Coast, a factory producing electric cables for domestic and industrial use, electric transformers and prefabricated substations.

The plant, which covers an area of ​​32,000 square meters, is located in the new industrial zone in Abidjan. It is the result of a partnership between Nexans Morocco, Nexans France and the group flight, Nexans distributor in the West African subregion for 30 years.

The implementation of the plant required an investment of € 15 million for the first phase. The second phase is planned for two to three years to expand product offerings.

The facility will be run by trained technicians in Nexans Morocco.
