Publicis Groupe completes the sale of its division

Publicis Groupe (Paris: PUB) [Euronext Paris FR0000130577, CAC 40] today announced the termination of the sale of Altamont Capital Partners (Altamont) pharmaceutical marketing units under the Publicis Health Solutions (PHS) label. This division was the subject of a strategic review by Publicis Groupe, launched in June 2018. Sales began in October of the same year and the sale was signed by the end of 2018.

PHS, a former member of the Publicis Health cluster, is the organization of medical and marketing representatives for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and diagnostic companies. Its brands, including TouchPoint, PDI, Tardis Medical, PHrequency and CustomPoint Recruiting, offer customers a range of services.

Creative, media, insight, digital communications, market access, and consulting agencies owned by Publicis Health are not affected by this division and will remain under the direction of Publicis Executive Director Alexandra von Plato.

This divestment confirms the commitment of Publicis Groupe to concentrate all its efforts and resources on offering the best consulting services, data and technology to help clients grow and digitally transform.

Petsky Prunier Securities LLC acted as Exclusive Financial Adviser to Publicis Groupe for this transaction.
