India refused to grant a visa to the women's boxing team for entry into the country and prevented her from participating in the World Cup, Tanjug confirmed from the Serbian Boxing Federation.

The move of India, the country that calls Kosovo, will come a day after Spain, which does not recognize the so-called Kosovo at the request of the International Olympic Committee, allowed Kosovski athletes to use symbols, flags and anthem in the country in big competitions in the future.

The Women's World Championship is held from 15 to 24 November in Delhi.

Serbia represents Bina Radovanovic in the 51 kg category.
