The huge Volkswagen concern revealed another concept of a fully electric car at the premiere in Eneve.
This is I.D Buggy inspired by American desert bugs, which were based on VW Bubbles in the 1960s and 1970s.
The Electric Buggy sits on the MEB (Modular Electric Toolkit) platform and the new Volkswagen member is fully powered by the I.D. families.
Just like the original version, the Buggy also boasts a robust design with huge arches over terrain, a cab without a door, a robust "rolling pan".
However, unlike the original "bag" with which the engine was disrupted rear and had a rear axle drive, the electron would likely have two electric motors and all four-wheel drive.
VW did not publish the specifications in terms of performance and autonomy, nor did it know whether it is planning series production.
Giant giant was made I.D. Buggy in particular to show the versatility of the MEB platform's power and its prospects in the future.
