The Public Procurement Office (IMO) has upheld a fine of 25,000 euros for the Ministry of the Interior for a 16 million order for cleaning and cleaning services announced by the then Minister Robert Kaliňák in 2015.
It is another decision of the Office for breach of the law on Kaliňák's tender. Last year, the ex-minister had to explain how violated the law when he avoided normal competition when renovating the old Ikey building in Bratislava.
The cleaning was a big job for four years, Kaliňák wanted to clean up at all times the cleaning in all the ministries in Slovakia. Cleaning concerns not only offices, but also outdoor areas or cars. The company succeeded in the contract
