The Swiss now serves fondue on the sea

Switzerland has changed its menu and added some Swiss classics. In addition to the fondue you can order Plättli above the clouds.

Bikini, bathing suit and sun cream in hand luggage, with a delicious fondue over the clouds on the way to the warmth! This rather unconventional combination can be enjoyed by Swiss passengers since December 1st.

The Lufthansa subsidiary changed its offer in the winter. The airline offers a new version of the Saveurs menu in Switzerland, which has been served on European routes from Geneva for half a year.

Fund on the way to Morocco

Swiss also adds classical cheese to its menu for flights to Malaga, Athens, Stockholm, Moscow, Gothenburg, Hurghada, Lisbon, St. Petersburg and Marrakech.

Fondáza is prepared according to a typical recipe (50% Vacherin fribourgeois and 50% Gruyère) and served with bread (price: 17 francs). "The fund is not provided for rechaud, but it's warming in the oven," says Blick's spokesman.

If you are really hungry, you can order traditional cold cuts (Plättli) with dried meat, raw ham and Gruyères salami for 15 francs.

Birchermüesli with a new receiver

The new menu includes other typical Swiss products such as hot chocolate or Bircher müsli, which were made according to the new recipe.

From May 30, passengers can order a range of à la carte meals and drinks – behind the basic product included under their tariff – which can be paid directly on board.
