The Asian Cup Superior Organizing Committee in 2018 and the Football Federation held a coordination meeting to support our national team and promote the Asian Cup, which will take place from January 5 to February 1, 2019, with the participation of 24 teams through the Audiovisual Media, Social Development.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Arif Hamad Al Awani, Secretary General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Asian Cup Director, Issa Hilal, Secretary General of the Sharjah Sports Council, Sharjah Group Chief Executive, Mohammed Abdullah Bin Hazzam Al Dhahiri, Secretary General of the Football Federation, Mohammed Al Badaa, chairman of the media committee and a number of members of the local Asian Cup Committee, members of the board of the football federation, representatives of the media in the UAE and supporting societies.
At the beginning of the meeting Mohammed bin Hazzam welcomed the participants and thanked the local organizing committee for the championship. "Less than 50 days after the start of the tournament, we had previous meetings and recommendations, and we are one to make this tournament a success and support our national team."
"A team was created and we turned to clubs to appoint candidates from their constituencies to join 31 clubs in the country, and our role is to facilitate the participation of the masses and the performance of professional media professionals," said Bin Hazzam.

Al Awani added, "We are looking forward to stepping up efforts in the next phase of the championship promotion, and the local commission will provide all the requirements for this aspect to ensure greater public participation, especially as the tournaments included teams with large communities residing in the country and our goal of achieving great interaction with tournament games, Public as one of the basics of the tournament's success. "
Issa Hilal said: "The goal is for the tournament to be successful and to support our national team, and the next season must attract more fans."
