Creative director of Last of Us Part 2 and Naughty Dog Vice President Neil Druckmann have been promoted and will now work with Evan Wells as president of the studio.
In today’s blog post, Wells announced the news after a meeting of all the studios along with the promotion of Alison Mori and Christian Gyrling to vice presidents.
Mori was previously Chief Operating Officer of Naughty Dog, while Gyrling served as co-director of programming.
Druckmann served as vice president for nearly three years after the 2018 promotion and was the creative director of The Last of Us and its recently released sequel, as well as working on IP Uncharted and Jak and Daxter. He has been working at Naughty Dog since 2004.
“At Naughty Dog, we have such an incredible team, and the ability to work alongside each of them is especially meaningful these days,” Wells wrote of the promotions. “I am proud of the team when I am able to appreciate their achievements and contributions to the studio.”
