The first major Black Ops 4 update in 2019 is almost here and is expected to bring some important content to all three game modes.
The new year may be less than a couple of weeks, but the Black Ops 4 fans are anxiously waiting for another important patch game since December 21 in the update of the game settings games.
Fortunately, we're waiting for the version v1.11 to run very early and here's all we know.
When will the patch version v1.11 be running?
The update is expected to drop on January 15, but the exact release time has not yet been confirmed.
If Treyarch encounters the usual pattern set for most major updates, it should run around 10:00 PST / 1pm EST / 6pm GMT.
Blackout has become one of the best matches in combat roles since the release of Black Ops 4 in October.
What new features will it contain?
Exhaustion of updates and limited time
One of the most anticipated parts of this update is probably Blackout updates that include a new console diving environment.
Designed by Studio Designer David Vonderhaar, first introduced in January, a new diving interface with a multi-line grid will be launched to replace the much-disturbing current system.
Treyarch will also introduce limited-time modes this week, although they did not specify the release date or other details of this new feature.
Gauntlets, the new Zombies mode, will give players even more new and exciting things as updates v1.11 drops.
Fans of Zombies will receive the biggest update of all v1.11 patches with the new "115 Day Celebration Event" and other new features.
The festive event begins on January 15 at 10:00 PST and runs through January 18, with three different XP promos for a normal experience, XP and Nebulium Plasma.
The promotion can be used for the completely new Gauntlets mode, which adds a new aspect to the game mode.
Gauntlets are a 30-round challenge that will have different goals to finish, starting with "unthinkable" in the Voyage of Despair and continuing with more Gauntlets throughout the year.
The latest maps of Black Ops 4, Elevation (in the picture) and Madagascar, will enter normal map rotation after the fifteenth floor of v1.11.
Includes multiplayer mapping for Black Ops Pass content
Last but not least, multiplayer fans will be able to experience every map the game has to offer as soon as Black Ops Pass maps are added to normal rotation.
In addition, new playlists will be released, along with important improvements in stability and quality of life that will be described in the patch notes.
Treyarch also wondered about the forthcoming release of the League Play, saying the patch v1.11 "will help set the stage for the League Play game."
