Salt Lake City police provide video officers filming Cody Belgard, whose family questioned killing

Police in Salt Lake City released a video on Wednesday, in which police officers fired and killed Cody Belgard on November 9th.

The Belgard family raised questions about why the police fired Belgarg 30. The family called it a nonviolent. The police have confirmed that the investigators will not find any weapon at Belgard or elsewhere, even though there are officers on the video who report "He has a gun," and "shows shows."

The police said that Belgard had hit the police car when the workers who had approached him in the Sugar House parking area had fled before. When officers found Belgard later in Rose Park, police wrote that he was "inconsistent."
