According to Andrew Blankstein, Sarah Fitzpatrick and Rich Schapiro
Star Adult Stormy Daniels filed a federal lawsuit against Ohio police officers who arrested her in a band club in the summer and accused them of joining a conspiracy to protect President Donald Trump.
Daniels, who claims to have harassed President Trumpe more than ten years ago, was arrested by officers from the Columbus Police Department during a performance at the Sirens Gentlemen's Club in Columbus in July 2018.
Accusations, three offenses for sexual offenses for inappropriate touch of a female secret officer, were released within hours.
In the federal image of civil rights, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, accuses officers of being arrested because it posed a threat to the president.
"The officers argued that Mrs. Clifford was harming President Trump and they then entered a conspiracy to arrest her during her appearance in Columbus in retaliation for the public statements she made about President Trump," a lawsuit filed Monday in a federal court in Ohio .
"The accused officers also arrested Mrs. Clifford because they believed that it could damage her credibility in relation to any assertion she had made or could have done in the future against President Trump. It was a pity that Mrs Clifford's credibility was another reason for the accused officers" conspiracy."
The Columbus police spokesman did not respond immediately to the request for comment.
