If you are thinking about Sunday morning, get ready for winter conditions.
It is expected that the snow will be over day through the Denver subway and continue throughout the day, according to the National Weather Service.
The rainfall is likely to be the strongest on the Denver subway from 6:00 to 14:00. Metro residents could see snow sums between three to six inches by the end of the day, and the snow showers could stay on early Monday morning. Those in the mountains and foothills could reach up to 10 centimeters in some places.
Winter recommendations for winter weather apply for late Saturday to Sunday afternoons for mountains, foothills and urban corridor I-25.
Explorers say people expect poor travel conditions.
The most probable time to accumulate the snow in the Denver subway will be in the morning and early in the afternoon. More snow showers could shed night and early on Monday morning. #COwx pic.twitter.com/3YZC6bjFdS
